Dispatch Time

At Print On, we aim to complete and dispatch all processed orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Wherever possible we dispatch the same day, but please allow up to 3 working days for receipt of some orders.  If you have a last minute priority order please don’t hesitate to contact us/make a note when ordering and we’ll do everything in our power to get you sorted – we’d never leave anyone stuck!

Delivery Charges & Returns

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however, if an exchange is required, due to change of mind or incorrect size, you will be charged at cost for the delivery of the new product.

If, for any unknown reason, you wish to return a Print On product, please return it to the shop (Kiosk 10, Eyre Square Shopping Centre) within 14 days of receipt. As a personalisation shop we are limited to what we can offer a returns process on. We are a reasonable bunch so once items are returned in perfect condition, complete with packaging and receipt of purchase we can go through the returns process. Mistakes happen, on both sides which is why we strive to consistently double and triple check spelling, dates etc. Order dockets/confirmation emails must be checked by both parties prior to completion of orders to avoid any unnecessary ‘fixing’ and ensure the perfect order!

All Returns are at the buyers expense. We recommend you use registered post/recorded delivery as proof of postage is not proof of receipt. If you received free carriage on your order from us, €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover carriage expenses. Replacement items will also incur carriage charge which must be paid prior to despatch of new goods.

Out of Stock Items

As a small operation we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible. However, there are times where our lovely customers are too fast for us and we may run out of the odd item or two. In this case we will inform you immediately and update you on the shipment of your order once we receive the necessary stock. If you have a multiple product order, we will ship what is available and send on the remaining order when possible at no extra fee.

Faulty Goods

In the very unlikely event that an item reaches you in less than perfect condition (Diana & the girls are quiet the perfectionists) or fails to in any way meet your high standard of expectation; we will of course refund or replace the item for you free of charge with our sincerest apologies. As with our returns process we ask that items are returned in perfect condition along with packaging and receipt of purchase. *Attention*: Please be aware that shades and colours of many items cannot be depicted exactly on screen which is why we remind customers to bear in mind that our images are the most accurate representation possible to real life products.

Sale of Goods

Any and all contracts for sale of goods between Print On and You will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you and Print On irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. You have 7 days to cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Providing the order has not been dispatched, you will not be charged for any postage.
